Job Summary
An aerospace and defense technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Successfully source and attract passive external talent
- Leverage data and market intelligence to develop and execute staffing strategies
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 or more years of experience that includes sourcing, screening, assessment & selection, and closing candidates
- Demonstrated experience directly sourcing external passive talent
