Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote South Carolina Licensed Fraud Special Investigation Unit Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Uncovering and preventing fraudulent activity
- Ensuring all investigations are conducted in a legal, ethical, and professional manner
- Making appropriate day to day resource adjustments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- SC adjuster’s license and/or FL adjuster’s license
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or a comparable combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 3 years of SIU claims handling experience
- Demonstrated technical expertise in claims management
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of SIU regulations and investigative techniques
- Computer literacy and ability to use applicable software
