Job Summary
A business and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Southeast Region Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship
- Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
- Monitoring and facilitating the customer’s adoption of our solution features and functionality
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
- 2 -5 years in a customer facing services role that includes issue resolution and escalation management
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level
- Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
