Job Summary

A business and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Southeast Region Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship
  • Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues
  • Monitoring and facilitating the customer’s adoption of our solution features and functionality

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
  • 2 -5 years in a customer facing services role that includes issue resolution and escalation management
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level
  • Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Professional Services, and Product Management)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
