Job Summary
A window and door manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Southeast Regional Architectural Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing day-to-day management, oversight, mentorship, training, and coaching to direct reports in Senior APM and APM job roles
- Assisting in recruiting and interviewing candidates for open sales positions
- Prospecting, identifying, and cultivating relationships to influence key ownership and management decision makers of the Architectural Luxury Residential and Commercial communities whose authority will lead to specification and purchase of company products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability and willingness to regularly travel throughout region which will require some overnight stays
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
- Degree in an architectural, construction, or business-related field or equivalent industry experience
- Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification, or ability to obtain one within two years of employment
- 4+ years of sales/marketing leadership and/or experience in the building construction industry or related industry
- 2+ years sales leadership experience with direct reports
