Job Summary
A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SOX Compliance Manager.
Must be able to:
- Define and put in place SOD controls for all IT-managed applications
- Track the progress of all testing and remediation activities, provide regular status updates to business and IT leadership
- Manage monthly and quarterly control testing
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to ensure projects run on time and to budget
- Extensive experience defining, implementing, and testing ITGCs. Including remediation of deficiencies identified during testing
- 10+ years of experience with major financial ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite with a deep understanding of Sox compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain complex concepts in a concise manner
- Change management expertise related to both ERP implementation and system changes
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional groups and being able to influence without authority
