Job Summary

A space technology company is seeking a Remote Space Technology Structural Analysis Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop finite element models of components and assemblies using PATRAN, FEMAP, and NASTRAN software
  • Determine most efficient, yet sufficiently thorough method of solving problems
  • Consolidate analysis results into clear technical documentation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil or other engineering discipline or a related STEM field or
  • 4 additional years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge in finite element analysis
  • Ability to determine most efficient, yet sufficiently thorough method of solving problems
  • Familiarity with fracture analysis
