Job Summary
A healthcare services and products company is in need of a Remote Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis
- Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers in our call center
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be proficient in Spanish and English languages
- Able to work independently and be self sufficient
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs
