Remote Spanish Interpreter

Job Summary

To support its OnDemand service, the remote Contract Spanish Interpreter will provide consecutive interpretation, adhere to client protocols and confidentiality standards, and continuously enhance their vocabulary and subject matter knowledge across various fields such as medical and legal.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation for clients
• Follows all interpreter protocols and procedures as required
• Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized knowledge for diverse client needs

Required qualifications:

• Submission of an updated resume in English at the time of application
• Completion of English Language Proficiency with a rating of technical proficiency (3 or higher on the ILR scale)
• Successful completion of a mock oral interpretation session meeting quality standards
• Passing score on Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology Assessment
• Completion of a full background check and security screen
