Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Review, gather, and surface customer feedback, feature requests, and product enhancement requests
  • Follow a case from the first contact through to resolution
  • Develop, manage, and contribute content to the Help Center

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Fluent and comfortable working in Spanish and English a must
  • 3+ years working directly with SaaS customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with technical issue troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation in a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with SSO (SAML, Okta, etc), JSON API, JavaScript and Python
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
