Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Review, gather, and surface customer feedback, feature requests, and product enhancement requests
- Follow a case from the first contact through to resolution
- Develop, manage, and contribute content to the Help Center
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluent and comfortable working in Spanish and English a must
- 3+ years working directly with SaaS customers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with technical issue troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation in a SaaS company
- Familiarity with SSO (SAML, Okta, etc), JSON API, JavaScript and Python
- Strong creative problem-solving skills
