A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Spark Developer in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Applying technical proficiency across different stages of the code development life cycle
  • Gathering requirements
  • Implementing complex componential models

Qualifications Include:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud
  • 2+ years of experience in Spark development
  • 2+ years of hands-on data modeling including table partitioning models
  • 2+ years in Python and Spark/Python writing streaming and/or batch processing code
  • Hands on Java development experience
  • Some hands-on experience with AWS services and solutions
