Job Summary

A school district is seeking a Remote Special Education Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of special education services, accommodations, and related services
Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support

Required Qualifications:

Valid Special Education certification for the state of New Hampshire
Experience in case management and coordinating special education services
