Job Summary

An education company is seeking a Remote Special Education Specialist in Contra Costa County.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Teaching in the online classroom
  • Supporting assigned students receiving Special Education services
  • Providing direct services (either via online classroom or in person)

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to attend all in-person meetings and trainings, open houses, and orientations
  • Bachelor's degree and residence in the state of California
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
  • Ability to support and guide adults, as well as students
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
