Job Summary

A company in the education industry has an open position for a Remote Special Education Specialist in Placer County.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting up IEPs in online classroom, and following up on attendees
  • Writing and managing IEPs for students on caseload
  • Supporting assigned students receiving Special Education services

Qualifications Include:

  • Must attend all internal meetings
  • Must hold a valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential Mild/Moderate and/or moderate/Severe Disabilities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint
