An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Special Investigative Unit Claims Fraud Process and Strategy Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coaching and developing a small team of highly motivated individual contributors
• Being a strategic partner to senior management
• Triangulating data and insights to provide actionable intelligence

Position Requirements Include:

• 10+ years of experience in Claims, Analytics, an/or Process
• Experience leading small teams
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with internal partners
• Advanced understanding of process mapping
• Superior research, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
