A healthcare system has an open position for a Remote Special Needs Registered Nurse Care Manager in Pittsburgh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Conduct member outreach in response to requests from employer groups
- Seek input from clinical leadership to resolve issues or concerns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical and/or case management nursing required
- Ability to interact with physicians and other health care professionals in a professional manner
- Computer proficiency required
- Must be a Registered Nurse
