Job Summary
A global accommodations brand is filling a position for a Remote Special Properties General Manager in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the company's push into new experimental property types
- Oversee new property experiments
- Coordinate resources from existing teams where relevant
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of experience in hospitality management and operations OR in a new business / incubated business role
- Experienced launching a major initiative or business that was brand new for the company you worked at
- Strategic leader who can take a set of goals and translate them into clear initiatives and actions
- Have hired and managed team members and are able to make a compelling case for hiring
- High level of independence and can make thoughtful decisions even in fast-paced, ambiguous operating environments
- Obsessive about clear documentation of learnings
