Job Summary

Financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Specialist Infrastructure Operations Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Support SOD, EOD, ESP, Testing, Troubleshooting, DR and middleware software
  • Troubleshoot moderate to complex issues relative to application and infrastructure components
  • Provide off hour, weekend support as needed

Required Skills:

  • 6 years of related infrastructure experience
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology
  • Awareness of Technology SLA’s and OLA’s
  • Awareness of Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration and analytical
  • Infrastructure support/management experience in Mainframe, Distributed Systems, Network and Storage
