Job Summary
A global experience company has an open position for a Remote Specialist Licensing Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Process applications for resident and non-resident licenses on behalf of agents
- Maintain contact with state insurance agencies to expedite agent applications
- Maintain tracking documents for resident and non-resident application status
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with licensing and/or compliance
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to track and account for large amounts of data simultaneously
- Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- High level of confidentiality required
- Attention to detail
