Job Summary
A bicycle and part manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Specialized Retail Accounting Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide business decisions by providing expert accounting and US GAAP knowledge
- Oversee day-to-day retail accounting operations around AP, AR, fixed assets, cash, inventory, and sales
- Support monthly retail close process including reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and consolidation into parent company financials
Position Requirements Include:
- CPA license
- Experience with Oracle 11i or 12, Quickbooks Online, and/or Lightspeed Point of Sale system
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience, preferably for a multi-unit retail business
- Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, if/else formulas
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
