A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Specialized SWE Leadership Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis
- Managing full cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
- Leveraging data to influence change management as needed to land hiring targets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years technical recruiting experience, including full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing
- Experience with sourcing and primary research
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
- Experience working with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
- Experience influencing to drive results
