A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Specialty Care Options Case Management Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating care in collaboration with RN Case Manager, Medical Director, and Care Associate team
• Educating customer on benefits of case management
• Documenting findings in a clear concise manner

Qualifications Include:

• Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) License in respective state
• Effective listening and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teammates
