Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Specialty Regional Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the development and execution of strategic Specialty account plans
- Analyzing and interpreting Specialty market
- Interpreting and presenting Specialty benefit design analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or study or equivalent combination of education
- 7 years of PBM/managed care experience, with at least 5 years in a management/leadership position
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Skilled in data analytics and interpretation to enable making and communicating recommendations
- Creative problem solving and negotiating skills to drive decisions
- Capability to work effectively in a team-based organization
