Job Summary
A provider of health IT services is in need of a Remote Speech Analytics Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understanding the organization’s business objectives and goals
- Analyzing recorded audio and audio-based data sets
- Communicating analysis and proposing solutions to key stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with or knowledge of Voice Analytics or Recognition intelligence
- Proven experience with effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of data mining, machine learning, and data visualization
- Intermediate to expert level proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to cultivate long-term business relationships
