Remote Speech Language Pathologist in Florida

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist for a remote position in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, speech, and language functioning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide virtual counseling and support to students individually and in group settings

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting, preferably in a virtual environment
• Strong understanding of the principles of assessment, intervention, and consultation in speech pathology
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology to deliver services and conduct assessments
