Job Summary
A developer of genetics and biology technology is seeking a Remote Splunk Administration Senior IT Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor queue and address customer requests
- Act as primary support contact for key modules and components from an operational perspective
- Identify short and long-term service improvement opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Splunk Cloud
- 4+ years of experience with Splunk at the enterprise level
- Experience in design and implementation of variety of Splunk components
- Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security and ITSI
- Experience with Windows and Linux Universal Forwarder administration
- Proficiency in networking and network troubleshooting
