Job Summary
An information technology advisory firm is filling a position for a Remote Splunk Dashboards Monitoring Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gather customer application data and diagrams, leverage expertise in recommending baseline monitoring thresholds
- Employ expertise in performance monitoring tool alerts, dashboards, and data trend analysis in a monitoring tool
- Use your customer service expertise to help manage tasks and organize large amounts of data
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- 5 years of experience or 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with planning, designing, and analyzing applications and systems performance
- Experience with Operations monitoring solutions to create enterprise dashboards
- Knowledge of VA Enterprise IT applications
- Possession of strong critical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills
