Job Summary
A non-profit international affairs advocacy organization is in need of a Remote Sponsored Projects Strategic People Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with project leaders and teams on talent development strategies and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness
- Developing and implementing systems and processes to drive continuous learning and knowledge-sharing
- Consulting, leading, and serving as primary point of contact on People initiatives for several small organizations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in HRM or equivalent with SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with 5+ years as a People/HR Business Partner
- Strong EQ and sense of empathy
- Comfortable interpreting and using people data to tell a story
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of relevant employment laws and HR trends, both nationally and internationally
