Remote Sport and Performance Psychology Director

Job Summary

A university focused on health care education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sport and Performance Psychology Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing an effective management of SPP programs (i.e., master’s, doctorate, and certificates) and personnel
• Manage several program operations and related areas including the: curricula, SPP faculty and course facilitators, oversight of doctoral student culminating experience committees
• Planning a higher education curriculum

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to supervise 16-18 employees
• Doctoral degree with graduate education and training in sport psychology from an accredited institution
• CMPC certification or be eligible for CMPC certification exam within one year of hire
• 3+ years of directly related sport psychology experience
• 3 or more years of experience teaching in higher education with demonstration of progressively increased leadership and responsibility
• Evidence of teaching and curricula development in sport psychology.
