A sports advocacy company has a current position open for a Remote Sports Community and Partnerships Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Growing the Voice in Sport Community from the ground up with the Founder/CEO
• Creating and executing the grassroots, high touch marketing strategy
• Creating and building a best in class mentorship program

Required Skills:

• 5 years building communities, building membership businesses, tech platforms or business development
• Experience building businesses and teams in Ed tech, Sport Psychology/Nutrition focused companies
• Passion and experience creating programming content and executing content across digital channels
• Experience developing partnerships and business models across the sports industry
• Passionate about equality and driving change across the sports industry for women
• Proactive, optimistic and detail oriented
