Job Summary
A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sports Connect Activation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Initiating the Activation process as quickly as possible to meet the agreed upon timelines
- Acting as the primary point of contact for that partner during the initial setup
- Using that information to customize the activation plan to ensure success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Customer-service oriented
- 1-3 years of experience in support, partner experience, onboarding, or similar
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Problem solving & troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to drive projects and manage project teams
