Remote Sports Marketing Client Services Director

Job Summary

A sports marketing company is in need of a Remote Sports Marketing Client Services Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Directly managing the existing AM team and building a bigger team as needed
• Leading account management & client services
• Suggesting platform improvements

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years experience managing a team in the account management/client success/services area
• 1+ years experience working with the marketing function
• Understanding of influencer, digital, sports marketing/sponsorship
• 5+ years of account management experience; 2+ years managing a team
• BA/BS from a top-tier college or university
• Track record of successfully upselling and retaining clients
