A sports focused website has an open position for a Remote Sports Social Media Community Strategist in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Set moderation and community guidelines
- Develop core communication strategies to foster and scale tight-knit communities
- Plan and schedule Community activations, both during live events and out of event windows
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Deep understanding of current and emerging social trends
- 4+ years working in community management or moderation
- Possess skills to make actionable recommendations based on direct user feedback
- Sports fanatic with strong understanding of all major sports
