Job Summary
A customized fan interaction provider has an open position for a Remote Sports Strategic Talent Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with our Talent
- Identify Talent goals aligned with earnings
- Make an impact on Talent acquisition by educating Talent on our Talent referral program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years in customer success, Talent management, partnerships, account management or marketing
- Extensive experience identifying emerging Talent and partnering with brands
- Comfortable with change and can keep up with the pace that a start-up requires
- Data driven and can pull insights into Talent performance, converting them into actionable items
- Bring humility and compassion to work every day
- Receptive to feedback, coaching, strategic realignment when necessary, and lead with no ego
