A sports entertainment technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sportsbook Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Running processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking
  • Working with Content and Trading teams to ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least one year in a customer-facing or marketing role
  • Proven ability to understand the customer and be an advocate
  • Experience with A/B testing and knowledge/willingness to learn SQL
