Job Summary
Develop customer and MIS reports consolidating data from multiple sources including the OLTP and warehouse databases.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Develop reports requested by customers.
Design customer reports so that they can be integrated into Net Health applications.
Determine which reports can leverage the warehouse.
Develop and maintain report user documentation, design documentation and standards documentation.
Maintain inventory of reports by customer and determine commonality of report requests for all customers.
Keep report source code organized in source control system.
Analyze existing OLTP reports and convert those that are appropriate to leverage the warehouse.
Develop and maintain MIS reports including custom NetSuite reports and SSRS reports.
Develop dimensional reports where appropriate.
Use SQL queries, SSRS, Excel and any other tools needed to make reports easy to use.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by supervisor or management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science or related field required.
2+ years of excel and/or SQL report development experience.
Experience writing Excel spreadsheets, SQL queries, Microsoft CRM and other Microsoft Office products.

Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role. No supervisory responsibilities required for this position.
