Job Summary
A company is looking for a Permanent Remote DBA (SQL Server/Postgres).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SQL Server and Postgres databases, ensuring optimal performance and availability
- Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to develop cloud-based solutions
- Support infrastructure operations, including instance creation and migration from on-premises to cloud environments
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA and 3+ years as a Postgres DBA
- Extensive experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure
- Proficiency in working within a Linux environment
- Experience with source control tools, particularly Git; GitLab pipeline experience is a plus
- No sponsorship available; candidates must reside within the United States
