Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Sr Learning Experience Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with internal technology subject matter experts, leaders, and various employees to identify learning needs across the organization
- Create high-quality content that can be leveraged in in-person, virtual, and asynchronous platforms
- Seek new and creative ways to approach our internal learning content
Qualifications for this position include:
- Having 3+ years of experience as a content creator, learning designer, or curriculum developer
- Having a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Having proven ability to develop training that incorporates adult learning theories, visual learning design and interactive training techniques
- Being innovative and creative, adaptive and quick to learn
- Having excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions, and convey value
- Having the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple projects, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
