Remote Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support Fleet Accounting management, the full-time Remote Staff Accountant will handle financial reporting, reconcile general ledger activity, and manage Mainframe/Sales Force requests while working remotely with occasional office visits twice a month.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and provide accounting support for Fleet Accounting through trial balance and consolidation
• Manage Mainframe and Sales Force requests related to Fleet Accounting
• Reconcile activity in the Fleet Accounting general ledger prior to month-end close

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
• Two to four years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly Excel, at an advanced level
