Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Staff Accountant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Receiving, organizing, and documenting all bills from vendors and various departments
• Executing on timely month-end close process including completeness and accuracy of all vouchers
• Ensuring a high level of accuracy in coding expenses

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle a large volume of invoice/email activity
• Strong attention to detail, must maintain sense of due dates on deliverables
