Job Summary
A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Staff Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in reconciliation between sub-ledger and G/L
- Assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Working with independent auditors to provide support for audited financial statements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 0-3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced MS Excel skills; excellent command of pivot tables, V-look ups, etc
- Accounting software experience
- Self motivated and strong work ethic and an ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
