Remote Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A physician-led healthcare staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Staff Accountant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with the month-end process
• Assist with the review and forward of VISA journal entries for approval and posting once a week
• Perform review of weekly and monthly Accounting Department activity

Qualifications Include:

• Two or more years of work experience in accounting
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly motivated individual with good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with specific proficiency in spread sheet applications
• Excellent judgment and decision making skills
