Job Summary

A leader in digital ordering and customer engagement solutions has an open position for a Remote Staff Accountant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Managing AP transactions
Reconciling multiple bank accounts in different currencies on a daily basis
Ensuring a high volume of vendor invoices are recorded into the quick books accurately

Skills and Requirements Include:

Experience with GL reconciliations and journal entries
Self-managed and able to work productively with high accuracy
Stellar planning and organizational skills to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Self-confidence and initiative for interacting with all levels of staff, outside auditors, and regulatory parties
Extensive background with payables
Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality
