Remote Staff Accountant

Job Summary

An equipment manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Staff Accountant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and performing full-charge accounting tasks
• Performing in-depth cost accounting at the company and project level to ensure maximum profit and reasonable expense
• Ensuring the financial health of the company through effective communication, strategic decision-making, and teamwork

Qualifications for this position include:

• Have a minimum of 5 years cost accounting experience
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or have comparable work experience
• Demonstrate superior knowledge of and practical experience with GAAP
• Have proven ability working with complex systems and data, simplifying it to use within the accounting system
• Have strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow up skills
• Be a results-oriented, strategic problem solver with strong decision-making skills
