Job Summary
An equipment manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Staff Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and performing full-charge accounting tasks
- Performing in-depth cost accounting at the company and project level to ensure maximum profit and reasonable expense
- Ensuring the financial health of the company through effective communication, strategic decision-making, and teamwork
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have a minimum of 5 years cost accounting experience
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or have comparable work experience
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of and practical experience with GAAP
- Have proven ability working with complex systems and data, simplifying it to use within the accounting system
- Have strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow up skills
- Be a results-oriented, strategic problem solver with strong decision-making skills
