Job Summary
A business education organization is in need of a Remote Staff Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and entering journal entries to record deposits and collection receipts from PayPal and others
- Reconciling monthly bank accounts for the Association and Foundation
- Being the contact Liaison for the creation of remote deposits for the assigned users for each Chapter and District
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Proficient in mathematical, accounting procedures, and GAAP knowledge
- Familiar with reconciliation and financial reporting methods
- Experience with audit and 990 documentation
- Proficient in database systems and MS Office required
