Job Summary
A mobile technology and clinical trial company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Staff Accountant in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Prepare and maintain GL by recording monthly journal entries with sufficient support documentations
- Ensure all assigned balance sheet accounts are reconciled and analyzed every month
- Perform fluctuation analysis on assigned balance sheet, and related income statement accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- Having a bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance
- Having a minimum 3-5 years of corporate accounting experience
- Having a good understanding of GAAP/PCOAB standards
- Having a familiarity of Microsoft Office, Gmail, Excel, and Word
- Being highly meticulous, well organized, detail oriented and accurate
- Having the ability to analyze processes and improve efficiency of procedures
