Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Staff Accountant in Carlsbad.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings,
- Participate in compliance, and review schedules for the reporting processes
- Produce Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work on a hybrid schedule of in office and remote work
- BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Recent and relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
- Knowledgeable of ERP systems
- Command of Accounts Receivable (AR)
