Job Summary
A solutions provider for real estate asset valuation and collateral risk assessment needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Staff Appraiser Reviewer.
Must be able to:
- Review full line of Appraisal products to ensure superior quality
- Review higher risk and more complex assignments
- Support customer teams on valuation-based challenges
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current Residential Appraiser License or Certification
- Minimum experience of five (5) years of residential national review experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of complex appraisal concepts
- Ability to grasp new technology and computer applications quickly
- Ability to work overtime (OT) when needed
