Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Staff Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing legal advice on application of enacted legislation and regulation to the business
- Drafting and proposing alternative regulatory and legislative language
- Assessing proposed regulatory and legislative to determine and communicate potential impacts to the business
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel 25 % of the Time
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Be a member of resident state's bar
- 2-3 years of legal or related regulatory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
