A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Staff Attorney.

Must be able to:

Represent the company with state and local government attorneys
Litigate in state and federal courts
Prioritize, manage, and review work product for the legal team

Required Skills:

Ability to travel by car or plane for local and national travel up to 30 days per year
J.D. degree
Appropriate bar membership permitting legal practice

Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills
Strong supervisory skills
