Job Summary

A human resources software developer is in need of a Remote Staff Backend Data Integrity and Audits Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Building and delivering highly resilient, scalable distributed back-end systems
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams and delivering meaningful iterations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's in a computer science, engineering, technology related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience, specifically working on highly reliable large-scale systems
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead
  • Have experience building message-oriented systems using RabbitMQ
  • Have experience with multiple .NET Frameworks and C#
  • Can leverage APM tools such as DataDog
